Another name for the holiday — battle of the tomatoes (La Batalla del Tomate).

In the last week of August in Buñol (Bunol), in the East of Spain, begins the annual “Tomato festival” dedicated to the departing flight. Like all Spanish festivals, this goes with festive fireworks, music, dancing and free refreshments.
